2. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used). This data serves technical provision, security and error analysis and is only stored for as long as necessary. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (certificate from Let’s Encrypt). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol and “https://” in the address bar.

5. Contact / demo form

If you contact us via the form on the home page, we process the data you provide (name, contact details and message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request or the initiation of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (f) or (b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

6. Sign-in via Discord (OAuth2)

To sign in to the dashboard, you can log in with your Discord account. In doing so, we receive from Discord the data required for display and administration: your Discord user ID, your username, your profile picture and the list of servers on which you have administrative rights. This data is used only to operate the dashboard and is stored in your session. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The provider is Discord Netherlands B.V.; Discord's privacy policy also applies.

7. Dashboard accounts

For direct dashboard login, accounts with a username and password can be created. Passwords are stored exclusively as a cryptographic hash – never in plain text. Optionally, two-factor authentication (TOTP) can be enabled; a secret key is stored for this. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

8. Cookies

We use only a technically necessary session cookie to keep you signed in during your visit. It is not used for analytics or advertising. Legal basis: § 25 (2) TDDDG (technically necessary) in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

9. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. After that, the data is deleted.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact the controller named above.

11. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.

12. Currency

This privacy policy is dated July 2026. As the website develops, an adjustment may become necessary.
